boat show time!

bloody snapper!!
Just got back from two days at Crowdy Head and boy do we work hard sometimes. We fished two days for cast a million times and caught bugger all!!

Strikezone episode 11 complete
Just fished the banks off Jervis Bay and jigged a few nice kings for episode 11. However what was really exciting was the chance encounter with some huge stingrays that we managed to handfeed - cool experience.

Well its freezing cold the middle of the night and any self respecting film crew will be tucked up in bed, but not strikezone we are out fishing for jews in the pitch black - lucky we caught a few!!!

monster bigeye
I cant believe it - we have just caught a 63kg tuns for the cameras off sydney. This is the bets season ever on monster tuna and better still it has all been done for the camera.

strikezone cracks the record again!
After driving all night Ron and i headed to Port Fairy and managed to loose then catch a record size bluefin that pulled the scales down to a massive 154.7kg.

amazing experience
Headed out to find the tuna and ended up encountered a few sperm whales. Having never done it before I took the opportunity and jumped in 600 fathoms of water and watched the massive beast swim past me - i cannot describe how awesome these creatures look in the water!

filming huge tuna
Headed out to do some footage and found some massive tuna 30 miles off Sydney. Got some great footage releasing a 60kg fish as well as landing another!
